We offer private and semi-private Pilates training using spring resistance machines. Award winning Katrina Charmatz guides clients through each session in her Mt. Shasta studio, adjusting difficulty levels to match individual capabilities.

Pilates provides increased alignment and posture benefits by conditioning our deep or intrinsic muscles. In doing so, the necessary relationship between stability, mobility, isolations, flexibility and comprehensive movement becomes available to us.
