“A few well-designed movements, properly performed in a balanced sequence, are worth hours of sloppy calisthenics or forced contortion.”

– JOSEPH PILATES

The re*balance Philosophy

At re*balance Pilates we respect your intelligence about your body. The human body is incredibly intricate and no one body is exactly the same as another. We guide clients through each lesson, making modifications and adjusting difficulty level to individual capabilities. We offer precise verbal cues and careful attention to insure proper body alignment, as well as effective and safe movements.

We are highly trained and knowledgeable about anatomy and the complexities of the human body. We give our clients information and skills they can immediately incorporate into their daily life. Our clients are of different ages and abilities, yet we are all united by a desire to feel stronger, healthier and more vibrant.
